Project: Riddell Rd, St Heliers
When we took on the Riddel property, this older property was tired and in desperate need of a revamp. We transformed this home by stripping out the bathrooms, kitchen and laundry to completely refurbish the place. Once revamped, we repainted the house inside out, replacing all light fittings and our team removed the garden cobblestones, replacing them with beautiful Kwila decking.
This was a new building on a tight 475 sqm section, on a decent slope, which meant the house nedded to be split level. The house was built from the ground up onsite which included making all the framing onsite. To create a bigger space in a small area we built an open plan living, dinning and kitchen area. The house consisted of 4 split levels, 3 double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
This was an architecturally designed new build. This spacious single level home is 465sqm. It has 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms and features a Great room and a wine cellar.
The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge area is perfect for entertaining along with the alfreso dining room that has large European stackers on all 3 sides allowiing the room to open right up creating great indoor outdoor flow.
